2. What data we collect
This website collects only the minimum data necessary for its operation. The following categories of data may be processed:
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and page access times. These are stored in server logs for a maximum of 30 days and used solely for security and technical diagnostics.
- Contact form submissions: When a visitor submits the contact form (name, phone number, email address, and message), this data is processed for the purpose of responding to the inquiry. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties.
- Cookies: Functional session cookies may be set. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. See Section 4 for details.
3. Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Server log data is retained for security and technical purposes.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Analytics cookies, if accepted by the visitor through the cookie banner, are processed on the basis of consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Contact form data is processed to respond to inquiries.
4. Cookies
talmorzeno.eu uses cookies in the following categories:
- Strictly necessary: A cookie recording cookie consent preference (stored in localStorage). This does not require consent.
- Analytics (optional): If you accept cookies via the banner on the homepage, minimal analytics cookies may be set to understand aggregate page visit patterns. No personal identifiers are stored in analytics data. You may reject analytics cookies without any impact on the functionality of the site.

5. Data retention
- Server log data: deleted after 30 days.
- Contact form submissions: retained for a maximum of 12 months, or until the inquiry is resolved, whichever is shorter.
- Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised; individual session data is not retained beyond 26 months.
6. Data sharing
No personal data collected through this website is sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared only with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers acting as data processors under binding data processing agreements.
- Competent authorities, if required by applicable law or a legally binding order.
7. International transfers
Where hosting infrastructure involves servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Chapter V of GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
